Centered Care of Michigan is looking for a compassionate, organized, and hands-on Neuro Rehabilitation Floor Supervisor Team Lead to help lead our Neuro Rehab Residential Program. This is more than a management position—it's an opportunity to coach your team, improve the lives of residents recovering from traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries, and make a real difference every day. What You'll Do As a Floor Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of one of our Neuro Rehabilitation homes while supporting residents and staff through leadership, teamwork, and hands-on care.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and support a team of Neuro Rehabilitation Technicians. Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care. Monitor daily operations, resident care, documentation, and medication administration. Coach, train, and mentor new employees. Complete audits, compliance tasks, and quality assurance checks. Coordinate with nurses, families, physicians, and case managers. Assist with staffing needs, appointments, community outings, and resident activities. Step in to provide direct care whenever needed.
Schedule Typical weekday schedule:
8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Rotating weekday on-call responsibilities (Staff will be expected to rotate Monday through Friday on-call rotation with other Floor Supervisors) Every 3rd weekend on-call rotation (Friday 6p-Monday 6a, staff will be expected to cover up to 16 hours per day at maximum at any of our NRRP facilities. This can include a nightshift.) Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2-4 years of experience working with individuals with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, or similar populations Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid Michigan driver's license with reliable transportation Comfortable providing direct resident care and working in a physically active environment Why Join Centered Care?
