What You'll Do:
Provides site supervision as senior leader and support to all center staff. Be a role model for good morale and promote positive work relationships. Identifies, through research and collaborative relationships, evidence based practices that suit the learners served by the Center for Autism (CFA). Oversees, and monitors to assure fidelity of all clinical practices. Works toward improving care using quality improvement methods (e.g. Clinical Audit), identifying aspects of care that need improvement, making plans for improvement, and monitoring the outcome. Provides leadership, direction, and support to all staff. Responsible for ensuring quality therapeutic care to all learners who obtain services at the CFA while adhering to appropriate quality standards and obligations to funders (Recipient Rights, licensing, CARF, DCIS), as well as the applicable federal, state, and accreditation and ethical standards). Provides and oversees clinical assessments and treatment (VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) at the CFA for learners from the ages of 18 months to 21+ years.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education required: Master's Degree in a field related to behavior analysis. Holds a BCBA certificate and supervision credential from the BACB. Incumbent should hold or be able to obtain licensure at the Master's or Doctoral level in the State of Michigan as a licensed behavior analyst.
