Clinical Administrative Coordinator - Part-Time Do you like helping people, solving problems, and keeping important details organized? Four Pointes Center for Successful Aging is hiring a part-time Clinical Administrative Coordinator to support services that help older adults remain independent, connected, and supported in the community. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with older adults, caregivers, staff, and community partners. Position Details Part-time, 20-25 hours per week $18 per hour Non-exempt position Reports to the Social Services Director Located in Grand Haven, Michigan About the Role The Clinical Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for social service programming, in-home care services, SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) counseling, referrals, scheduling, client communication, and follow-up. This position helps keep services running smoothly by coordinating details between clients, Direct Care Workers, caregivers, senior resource agencies, and the Social Services Director. The right person for this role will be someone who enjoys helping others, stays calm when managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in accurate follow-through. What You'll Do Complete SHIP training and assist with SHIP counseling for clients. Coordinate scheduling for in-home care services, SHIP counseling appointments, and social service referrals. Communicate with clients, Direct Care Workers, caregivers, and senior resource agencies when needed. Maintain accurate client records, service documentation, and scheduling systems. Support case coordination by tracking referrals, monitoring follow-up needs, and helping ensure timely service delivery. Assist with administrative processes related to client intake and service coordination. Provide professional and compassionate customer service to older adults and community partners. Help identify and resolve scheduling or service coordination issues. Support Direct Care Workers when questions or issues arise with clients, scheduling, paperwork, or other service needs. Collaborate with the Social Services Director to improve workflows and administrative efficiency. Support other departmental administrative needs as assigned. Is comfortable learning and using office technology, scheduling systems, email, and client records. Can manage more than one priority at a time. Is patient, kind, and customer-service focused. Takes initiative, asks good questions, and helps solve problems. Has an interest in supporting older adults and the mission of Four Pointes. Qualifications Associate's degree preferred, or comparable relevant experience. Previous administrative or care coordination experience preferred. Experience working with older adults preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and client record management. Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Reliable transportation required. Physical Requirements This position regularly requires talking, hearing, sitting, computer use, and general office work. The employee may occasionally stand, walk, lift, or move items up to 20 pounds. Reliable transportation is required.
