As our Patient Coordinator at AlignWell Chiropractic in Holland, Michigan , you'll be much more than the person behind the front desk. You'll be one of the first people families meet when they walk into our office, helping create an exceptional patient experience from the very first phone call through every visit. This role blends hospitality, customer service, organization, scheduling, financial conversations, patient education, and administrative excellence. Job Responsibilities Patient Experience:

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, build lasting relationships, anticipate patient needs, and create a positive, organized environment throughout every visit.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Manage new patient and ongoing care appointments, optimize provider schedules, confirm visits, and follow up on missed or overdue appointments.

Communication:

Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally while confidently assisting current and prospective patients.

Financial Administration:

Process payments, explain financial policies and payment options, verify insurance benefits, and maintain accurate billing information.

Patient Records:

Prepare new patient paperwork, maintain electronic health records, and scan and organize patient documentation.

Office Operations:

Support efficient patient flow, complete daily reports and reconciliation, restock supplies, and help maintain a clean, welcoming clinic.

Team Collaboration:

Assist providers and teammates throughout the day, participate in training and team meetings, and represent AlignWell Chiropractic at community events as needed. Experience discussing financial information confidently Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software, including experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
