Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Rehabilitation Healthcare Home Manager to lead our long-term care and assisted living facilities. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health regulations, and foster a caring environment for residents. Your leadership will drive quality care delivery, manage staff teams, and uphold the highest standards of safety and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring adherence to long-term care regulations and health policies Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans tailored to residents' individual needs, including dementia and memory care services Supervise and support care teams, including nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel, fostering a positive team environment Manage healthcare financials, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely in compliance with healthcare standards Maintain thorough documentation using Microsoft Office tools for resident records, incident reports, and regulatory compliance reports Coordinate with external agencies for disability services and community resources to enhance resident support systems Requirements Proven experience in nursing home administration or residential care home management with a focus on senior living or assisted living facilities Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, health policy compliance, and dementia or Alzheimer's care standards Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare settings Familiarity with healthcare financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home & community care environments is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks and reporting purposes Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, residents' families, and regulatory bodies Valid nursing license or relevant healthcare management certification is preferred Join us as a Rehabilitation Healthcare Home Manager to lead compassionate care initiatives while advancing your career in a vibrant and supportive environment.
