Monitor service delivery, analyze data, and support continuous quality improvement.
Supervise and support Behavioral Intervention Coaches.
Partner with families, educators, mental health providers, and special education teams to coordinate services.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and program practices that support children and families.
Support staff training in social-emotional learning, child development, trauma-informed practices, MTSS, and Ages & Stages.
Promote collaboration across program teams and community partners.

Student Loan Forgiveness Opportunities:
Employment with NEMCSA may qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. What You'll Do As the Disability and Mental Health Supervisor, you'll help ensure children and families receive the support and services they need to thrive. You'll provide leadership for disability and mental health services across Head Start and GSRP programs, while partnering with staff, families, and community providers to create positive outcomes for children. In this role, you will: Oversee disability and mental health services and ensure compliance with program requirements.Monitor service delivery, analyze data, and support continuous quality improvement.
