Job Description

Join our Clinical Leadership Team at Centra Wellness Network (CWN). As a member of the Clinical Leadership team the Specialty Services Supervisor will support the development of clear, effective and prescriptive plans based on the functional behavioral analysis and will ensure services are directed towards meaningful outcomes for individuals served through ongoing data review and analysis of plans. The Specialty Services Supervisor will ensure that the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services meets all requirements and will assign and oversee the work of others implementing the behavioral support plan and agency psychological services ensure that the delivery of behavior analytic services meets all requirements and will assign and oversee the work of others implementing the treatment plan. The employee will complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor. Staff must possess computer, typing, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, transcription, phone proficiencies and excellent communication and customer relations skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, business partners and community stakeholders. Additionally, the employee must exercise independent decision-making and work effectively in a team-based environment. The office will be surrounded by nature, located in Benzie or Manistee Counties, just miles from beautiful, freshwater beaches and hiking trails. About the Role The Specialty Services Supervisor will ensure that the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services meets all requirements and will assign and oversee the work of others implementing the behavioral support plan and agency psychological services ensure that the delivery of behavior analytic services meets all requirements and will assign and oversee the work of others implementing the treatment plan.
Your role is to:
Oversee the management of all CWN ABA program sites. Coordinates, purchases and assures all treatment sites are fully functional with materials and supplies needed for staff to successfully maintain the program site, and provide essential treatment services. Leads the development of services and support. Ensures implementation using established Level of Care Guidelines resulting in efficient and effective services. Supervises all staff and ensures the development, planning, implementation, and monitoring of quality services and supports. Provides training and treatment plan specific supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and procedural implementation of programming. Conduct assessments to tailor individualized treatment plans. Research, share and incorporate best practices to supervise, plan, and revise treatment plans and programming. Conduct parent/caregiver guidance as needed to ensure quality outcomes. Develop individualized treatment plans and individualized behavior support plans for individuals with autism and monitor clients' progress towards goals. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress. Provides leadership for system transformation. Supervises assigned work groups designed to establish high quality Evidence Based Practices, best practices, and promising practices. Provides Electronic Health Record and CWN policy training and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and oversees procedural implementation of programming. Ensures excellent teamwork in all aspects of service implementation through clinical staff meetings, Leadership and Clinical Leadership team meetings. Works collaboratively with all staff. Works collaboratively with other community service providers including law enforcement, Department of Human Services, school districts, courts and other community agencies on behalf of clients. Serves as Behavior Treatment Review Committee (BTRC) Chair at the appointment of the Executive Director. Effectively communicates with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed. Demonstrates knowledge of universal precautions, preventing transmission of communicable disease. Operates using standards of practice including but not limited to confidentiality, recipient rights and emergency protocol. Collaborates with treatment team including client, parents and caregivers, outside professionals and co-workers Meets regularly with the Children's Services team for consultation and resource development under the guidance of the Children's Services Supervisor.
