Pleasant Psychology provides mental health services to kids and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, challenging behaviors, social difficulties, and family stressors. Instead, our administrative team handles intake scheduling, billing, and insurance so therapists can focus on providing exceptional care to children and families. Position Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents using evidence-based, engaging approaches (approximately 20 client hours per week) Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers who want your support and expertise Facilitate group therapy programs aligned with your clinical interests Complete clinical documentation with reasonable deadlines Develop and implement trainings and other resources for the community Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship to therapists Monitor operations and clinical work to help ensure the practice runs efficiently Foster a supportive work culture that promotes professional growth and quality clinical services Coordinate with schools, physicians, and community partners when appropriate Maintain ethical, professional, and licensing standards This position may be a great fit if you...
