Job Description

The Medical Equipment Loaner Coordinator provides excellent customer service by fulfilling medical equipment loan requests from clients and the Sales team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond to and manage equipment loaner requests from clients and the Sales team via phone and email. Accurately document all loaner requests, fulfillments, and declines. Prepare all required order documentation, including packing slips and Loaner Agreements. Package and coordinate shipments to their final destination. Facilitate the return and retrieval of loaner equipment from clients and the Sales team. Process loaner returns, including quality control evaluations, repair coordination, and client invoicing, as appropriate. Maintain accurate inventory counts and location tracking through timely restocking activities. Assist with biannual physical inventory counts of all loaner assets. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent. Up to three years of customer service experience. Preferred Healthcare industry experience. Understanding of surgical equipment service capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to learn and effectively use company-specific software and systems. Essential Qualifications Ability to respectfully identify, raise, and resolve issues that may impact customer service. Strong alignment with Agiliti's core competencies and values. Demonstrated ability to follow ISO-certified Quality Management System processes and understand applicable quality objectives and metrics. Excellent listening skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time independently. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Language Skills Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. Physical Requirements Ability to perform standard office activities, including prolonged computer work, filing, and preparing shipments. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach, and use hands for handling equipment and materials. Regularly lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements, including keyboarding.
