PTO & Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision Health Savings Account Pension Plan Tuition & Student Loan Assistance Life & Disability Insurance AFLAC Options Job Summary Provides clinical and administrative leadership for the Outpatient program serving individuals with serious mental illness, emotional disturbances, and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities. Oversees staff performance, service delivery, and access to care while maintaining a limited caseload. Ensures services are compliant, person-centered, and aligned with recovery-focused practices. Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and evaluate outpatient staff Oversee assessments, service planning, and care coordination Ensure timely access to services and continuity of care Monitor service delivery, documentation, and compliance standards Maintain a limited caseload, including treatment planning and therapy as needed Coordinate referrals to internal and external providers Collaborate with community partners (courts, schools, healthcare, DHS) Ensure adherence to Medicaid, DSM, and regulatory requirements Supervisory Responsibilities Provide clinical and administrative oversight, training, and performance management Conduct regular supervision and support staff development Ensure staff compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience Prior supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of Medicaid guidelines, DSM criteria, and therapeutic practices Work Environment & Physical Requirements Combination of office and community-based work Prolonged computer use and regular movement (standing/walking) Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Valid driver's license with ability to travel locally Additional Information Candidates with lived experience in mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders are encouraged to apply.
