Job Description
The Access and Crisis Supervisor will manage our facility and community-based crisis service teams to ensure immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crises & emotional distress. This Master's level social worker will also provide direct services include conducting assessments, de-escalating crisis situations, and providing appropriate interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of customers. Develops initial service plans, presents treatment recommendations and links customers to appropriate services. Ensures adequate liaison with other community services such as jails, courts, schools, hospitals, police departments, and DHHS. Provides crisis services to individuals wherever they are; including home, work or anywhere else in the community where the individual is experiencing a crisis. Provides crisis on-call and after-hours consultation to staff as assigned and supervises coverage.
