DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED 1
year of dental receptionist experience is required About us Endodontic Center- Downtown Royal Oak! We're growing our team and looking for a friendly, motivated receptionist to be the welcoming face of our specialty dental practice! If you're organized, love connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment — we'd love to meet you. What you'll do: Greet patients and make every visit feel comfortable and stress-free Answer and return phone calls with warmth and professionalism Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and care Communicate with referring offices to coordinate patient care Verify insurance and assist with basic administrative tasks What we're looking for: Excellent communication and multitasking skills A positive, team-oriented attitude Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
