JOB DETAILS POSITION SUMMARY

•LMSW Supervisor

POSITION DUTIES

•The Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Supervisor is responsible for all administrative and clinical functioning of the IDD program. Provides clinical and administrative leadership by supervising staff, managing hiring, training, performance, and compliance, overseeing client services and crisis situations, ensuring documentation and quality standards are met, monitoring waiver and funding requirements, supporting person-centered planning, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining program operations, reporting, and regulatory accreditation standards.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•LMSW, LLP or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan. Master's Degree in social work, psychology or counseling. Valid driver's license and favorable driving record. 1 year experience in examining, evaluating and treating children and adolescents. 1 year with intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses and utilizing relevant treatment modalities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•Experience in working with Waivers 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity Experience with electronic medical records

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT

•Ongoing

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK

•M-F 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Develop schedule with supervisor and work at least 4 hours each week after 5:00. Full-time staff must provide 23 hours of billable service per week.
