Who We're Hiring- We're looking for an experienced Medical Assistant with strong administrative instincts —someone who is equally comfortable drawing blood, managing patient flow, following up with leads, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly. This is not a traditional entry-level MA role. This is a high-impact clinical and operational position for someone confident, personable, organized, and capable of owning both patient care and front-office execution. Compensation $23-$30/hour based on experience, skillset, and overall fit. The top end of the pay range is reserved for a proven, high-performing Medical Assistant who brings exceptional clinical ability, strong administrative follow-through, and the maturity to contribute at a high level from day one.
