Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our hearing healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their healthcare journey. The Patient Care Coordinator will serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, managing appointments, patient records, and communication to enhance the overall patient experience. Responsibilities Manage patient scheduling and coordinate appointments effectively to minimize wait times. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations. Assist patients with inquiries regarding their care, treatment plans, and office procedures. Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers to ensure clarity of information. Provide administrative support within a hearing healthcare office setting, including handling phone calls and managing correspondence. Ensure a welcoming environment for patients by addressing their needs promptly and professionally. Experience Previous experience in a medical or dental or hearing office is preferred, showcasing familiarity with office operations. Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced office setting is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.
