Job Description
Overview The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States, serving nearly 25,000 people annually across seventeen treatment sites. The Foundation utilizes an ecosystem approach to prevention, education, research, advocacy, and treatment. The Manager, Clinical Services provides oversight and leadership for the daily operations of substance use disorder and mental health services. Responsibilities Provide oversight, leadership, and management for daily operations of substance use disorder and mental health services. Provide clinical supervision to staff, students, and interns to facilitate competency and ethical practice. Manage daily operations to ensure services meet standards of care, budget parameters, and strategic goals. Provide business leadership, including fiscal responsibility and monitoring of clinical documentation and billing. Represent Hazelden Betty Ford services to various audiences and participate in leadership meetings and projects.
