Job Description

Job Summary The Family Medicine Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of CMH Raiter Family Practice clinic and multidisciplinary teams. Recommends individuals for hire; evaluates staff; creates schedules and assigns work areas as needed. The Family Medicine Clinic Supervisor supports physicians and staff in the delivery of patient care. Focused on the staff involved in the patient care and work towards the improvement of coordination and practice efficiencies. Available to consult with the Director of Quality regarding matters of RN licensure, clinical performance, or scope of practice for the Population Health Nurses working in the family medicine clinic. Family Medicine Clinic Supervisor may also offer hands-on patient care if required.
Requirements:
Graduate of school of nursing; possess current Registered Nurse licensure by Minnesota Board of Nursing. Clinic supervisory experience preferred. High degree of interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact, courtesy and positive approach methods. Knowledge of basic functions of personal computer and word processing skills required. Wage Depending on your work experience, you could earn an annual salary of $73,532 up to $106,622.
