$30.00-$33.00 per hour, based on licensure and experience Clinic Manager Opportunity | Benefits Eligible | 3 Days Off Each Week Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as the Clinic Manager at our employer-based occupational health clinic in Fridley, Minnesota . This is an excellent opportunity for an EMT or Paramedic looking to transition out of traditional EMS, ambulance, or 911 work while continuing to use their clinical skills in a hands-on healthcare setting. As the Clinic Manager, you'll provide direct patient care while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the onsite clinic. You'll treat workplace injuries and illnesses, support workers' compensation and return-to-work programs, and partner closely with Medcor leadership, client contacts, and outside medical providers. You'll work collaboratively with Medcor's medical and operational leadership, client staff, local medical providers, and key client contacts to deliver high-quality occupational healthcare.Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing and treating workplace injuries and illnesses using Medcor's evidence-based clinical protocols Managing the day-to-day operations of the onsite clinic Providing exceptional service to employees and client leadership Supporting workers' compensation case management Facilitating Return-to-Work (RTW) programs Monitoring treatment plans and coordinating with outside medical providers Providing first aid and emergency response when needed Conducting pre-employment and post-offer screenings Supporting onsite employee health and wellness initiatives Documenting patient care using Medcor's electronic medical record (EMR) Maintaining accurate and timely medical charts Building strong relationships with employees, client contacts, medical providers, and Medcor leadership Helping maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming onsite clinic environmentWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
Current EMT or Paramedic licensure/certification required for the position Current CPR/BLS certification Strong patient assessment and clinical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer and technology skills, including comfort working with electronic medical records Ability to lift and carry a 50-pound emergency response bag Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinical and operational teams Comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of an onsite clinic Passion for providing high-quality patient care It's a Plus If You Have Previous occupational health or worksite clinic experience Emergency medicine, 911, ambulance, fire, or critical care experience Workers' compensation or case management experience Experience coordinating return-to-work programs Previous leadership, lead medic, supervisor, or clinic management experience Why Medcor?
