Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm, including answering multi-line phone systems and scheduling appointments using dental practice management software Verify insurance coverage through insurance verification processes, including filing claims and posting payments Coordinate patient intake procedures, including documentation review, medical history updates, and care plan explanations while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Pay /
