Job Description
Patient Care Coordinator Join Our Team! Our growing multi-specialty medical clinic is looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. We proudly provide functional medicine, family practice, pediatrics, and aesthetic services, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. As the first face our patients see, you'll play an important role in helping our clinic run smoothly while supporting both our providers and our patients throughout the day. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism. Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling appointments. Collect patient payments and maintain accurate front desk records. Verify and update patient demographic information. Assist with rooming patients for their appointments. Clean and prepare exam rooms between patient visits. Support providers and fellow team members with daily clinic operations. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Previous medical office or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Dependable, positive, and a team player who enjoys helping others.
