Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an Assistant Manager of Hospitality to support the overall operations of our establishment. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hospitality management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations
- Train and supervise staff members
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve the business
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
Additional Requirements:
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Certification in food handling or hospitality management is a plus
