Lead Medical Assistant

Pinnacle Dermatology, part of the QualDerm Partners family, is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant who is ready to take ownership of clinic operations and lead a highly motivated team of primarily pre-PA and pre-med Medical Assistants. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development:
Lead, coach, and support a team of Medical Assistants Help manage daily clinic flow, staffing, and provider support Train and onboard new hires, ensuring confidence and consistency Set expectations and reinforce high performance standards Act as a go-to problem solver for team and operational needs Partner with leadership to improve workflows and efficiency Foster a positive, accountable, and team-driven culture
Clinical Excellence:

Compensation Range:
$23.00
  • 30.
50 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
