Rehabilitation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Rehabilitation Manager oversees and coordinates all functions of the Rehabilitation Department, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Athletic Training services. This role is responsible for setting and executing strategic goals, leading staff performance, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention. The manager directs daily operations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across departments, while tracking productivity, outcomes, and overall efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining policies and procedures, fostering staff development, assessing new technologies and treatment methods, and representing the department through leadership involvement, reporting, and community engagement. Schedule Full time | 80 hours every two weeks Monday - Friday | Day shift Salary and Benefits Starting salary begins at $87,193.60 annually; exact compensation determined by years of related experience Salary range: $87,193.60 - $130,873.60 Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!
