00 per hour | Full-Time | Day Shift A well-established Assisted Living community in the Minneapolis metro area is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator (RN) to join our clinical leadership team. This role supports a 125+ residence community , offering the opportunity to lead daily clinical operations, support care teams, and ensure exceptional resident outcomes in a collaborative, service-focused environment. Schedule & Compensation Full-Time | Day Shift (Monday-Friday) Participation in on-call rotation (evenings/weekends/holidays as needed) Flexibility to support occasional off-shift needs $40.00

Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota (required) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Prior leadership or care coordination experience preferred Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or healthcare setting preferred Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and clinical operations Ability to lead teams, prioritize, and make sound clinical decisions Duties and Responsibilities Clinical Oversight Coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance Complete resident assessments and develop individualized service plans Monitor resident conditions and communicate updates to providers and families Leadership & Team Support Supervise and support nursing staff in a fast-paced Assisted Living environment Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development Provide coaching, feedback, and support performance management Quality & Compliance Support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Follow infection control, risk management, and safety programs Collaboration Partner with interdisciplinary teams (care, dining, housekeeping, etc.) Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and communication
