Senior Direct Provider (Full-Time) Jt Counseling Services LLC (DBA JtC AUSM) Saint Louis Park, MN Full-Time | Non-Exempt Position Overview JtC AUSM is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Direct Provider to support individuals with autism through high-quality, evidence-based services. This senior-level role combines direct client care with mentorship, clinical support, and collaboration with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate is confident in managing complex behaviors, passionate about client progress, and committed to supporting team development.

Schedule Monday-Friday Typical hours:

8:00 AM

• 4:30 PM Schedule may vary based on programming needs Mandatory staff meeting: First Friday of each month at 8:00 AM Benefits Eligible beginning the 1st of the month after 60 days : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Short-Term Disability 401(k) Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue 6 hours per 128 hours worked Ongoing professional development

Sick Leave Paid Vacation Earned Sick & Safe Time State & Federal Leave (as applicable) Key Responsibilities Provide advanced direct intervention services , including support for high-acuity clients Serve as a mentor and role model for Direct Providers through coaching and guidance Support treatment planning, goal implementation, and intervention strategies Assist with behavioral escalations, crisis support, and safety procedures Participate in client observations, intakes, and program development Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and billing compliance (e.g., 97153, 97155, 0373T) Support training initiatives and team development Contribute to overall clinic operations and a positive team environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (or higher) Experience working with individuals with autism or related populations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage complex behaviors in a professional and calm manner Requirements CPR certification (required or willingness to obtain prior to or shortly after hire) Successful completion of background check Proof of degree and authorization to work in the U.S. Compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards Work Environment Onsite, team-based clinical setting Collaborative, supportive culture focused on client success and staff growth Additional Information Employment is at-will Employees must maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information Non-solicitation expectations apply following employment Apply Today Join a team committed to making meaningful differences in the lives of individuals and families.
