Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assisted Living Administrator to lead our senior care community with enthusiasm and dedication. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional resident care, and foster a positive environment for residents, staff, and families. Your leadership will drive compliance with health regulations, manage staff performance, and uphold the highest standards of assisted living services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while demonstrating strong management skills and operational expertise. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the assisted living community, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality resident care Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs, including memory care and dementia care services Supervise staff members, providing leadership, coaching, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to support sustainable operations Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to assisted living, nursing home standards, and long-term care requirements Coordinate medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare protocols and safety standards Foster strong relationships with residents' families by communicating effectively about care plans and community activities Requirements Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home management with a strong understanding of senior care practices Extensive background working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or memory care needs Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing staff in a group home or retirement home setting Knowledge of home & community care services and operations management within long-term care environments Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource management Excellent leadership skills combined with the ability to motivate teams and promote a collaborative work culture Familiarity with medication administration protocols and healthcare regulations governing assisted living facilities Background in social work or related fields is preferred but not required Join us to lead a vibrant community dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors! Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
