Our team of around 100 nursing staff and professionals is committed to delivering exceptional housing and care services, ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity and respect. Summary Spring Valley Living is seeking a full-time Health Unit Coordinator to serve as a support person for the Skilled Nursing Facility. Job duties may include but are not limited to: Record medical and administrative information Manage staff scheduling Greet and guide visitors, families, and residents Maintain the daily census report Maintain an up-to-date roster of residents and staff Answer telephone, deliver messages as necessary Maintain a current listing of emergency contacts for residents Schedule resident appointments, arrange transportation, and prepare referrals for appointments or transfers Assist in the orientation of new employees as needed Maintain archived records Ensure residents records are flagged for doctor review, correctly filed, and thinned when necessary Other tasks deemed necessary by supervisor
