CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. A typical day will include:

Overseeing daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and facility management. Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, workload management, and performance evaluation Collaborate with advanced practice providers (APRNs/PAs), nurses, dietitians, and social workers to coordinate care Manage the clinic's budget, ensuring efficient billing and coding, and optimizing revenue cycle management Ensure the clinic adheres to all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards This position is: Full-time, Mon-Fri - 8am-4:30pm

Job Requirements:

Education:

HS diploma required, MBA preferred

Experience:

1-3 years of prior experience as a clinic manager preferred

Skills:

Management, organization, time management, and computer skills required
