Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Department Manager to join our Main OR in Bolivar, Missouri- someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Our Main OR consists of 23 talented surgeons who perform an average of 372 surgeries/month! The OR has 6 outpatient, 3 inpatient, and 1 C-section designated suites that run 4 teams of staff/day. We serve as the closest hospital for Polk County and six surrounding counties in our service area.A typical day includes:
As a Department Manager, you will be managing the operations/policies & procedures; coordinating Quality Improvement activities; supervising staff; managing the financial and personnel budgets; coordinating education programs; assisting with new employee selection & orientation; coordinating activities with other departments. We strive to continuously educate and support each other in the advancement of critical thinking and proficiency in our skill set.
