Job Description

The Director - Health & Access serves as a Mercy leader, reporting to the Ministry Executive Director - Community Health & Access with an indirect reporting relationship to the local Mission leader. The Director-Community Health & Access is responsible for leadership and the strategic direction of all hospital and clinic community health initiatives in the local community—aligning with ministry goals and locally identified Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA)/ Community Health Implementation Plan (CHIP) priorities. The leader serving in this position will perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Master's degree in a related field required
Preferred Education:
Master's degree in public health
Experience:
