You are the first impression, the steady guide, and the anchor of the patient experience. When this role is done well, patients feel welcomed, informed, and confident from the moment they walk in. We are looking for an organized, people centered administrator who takes pride in hospitality, clear communication, and doing things the right way. About the Role The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for delivering the True Test experience from arrival to departure. You will greet patients warmly, guide them through their care journey, manage scheduling and invoicing, and ensure every interaction feels intentional and professional. This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and a genuine enjoyment of serving others. Structure matters here. Communication matters here. Patients rely on you to feel oriented and supported. What You Will Own Creating a welcoming, polished first impression for every patient Clearly explaining each patient's care journey, next steps, and expectations Communicating financial responsibilities, including payments and available financing options Managing all patient scheduling, check ins, check outs, and appointment changes with accuracy Handling invoicing and payments with precision and professionalism Maintaining knowledge of all True Test products and services to confidently answer questions Keeping the reception area organized, calm, and reflective of True Test standards Coordinating smoothly with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience Results You Are Accountable For Patients feel genuinely welcomed, valued, and supported Scheduling runs smoothly and respects patient time and preferences Invoicing is accurate, timely, and clearly communicated Patients leave informed and confident about what comes next Consistently positive patient interactions that build trust and loyalty You Will Succeed in This Role If You Enjoy structure, routine, and clear processes Communicate proactively and clearly with patients Take pride in accuracy and follow through Maintain a calm, positive presence even during busy moments Find fulfillment in supporting others and creating order This Role Is Not a Fit If You Dislike patient interaction or hospitality focused work Prefer fast paced chaos over organized systems Struggle with details, scheduling, or financial conversations Need constant reminders to follow established processes Qualifications Prior experience in a front desk, administrative, or patient facing role required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Comfort using scheduling software, EMRs, and basic billing systems Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, or healthcare settings is a plus Why True Test True Test is a fast growing hormone optimization clinic focused on proactive care and long term patient relationships.
