Job Description

Eureka Smiles in Eureka, MO is seeking to immediately hire a full time Patient Care/Treatment Plan Coordinator. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of dental care to our patients. Our established practice requires the candidate to multi-task well in a busy environment. Qualities include a positive, outgoing, and dependable personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to stay organized and work at a fast pace while being sensitive to our patients' needs. You also must be comfortable and confident in proactively recognizing the daily productivity opportunities. Duties:
Greet patients warmly and assist them with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations Verify patient information and insurance details accurately to ensure seamless billing and records management Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate timely care delivery Prepare and organize patient charts, medical records, and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations Follow up with patients regarding appointments or treatment plans to promote engagement and adherence Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling patient inquiries Support the clinical team by managing patient flow and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed efficiently
Requirements:
Experience as a treatment coordinator and/or insurance, billing, and collections in a healthcare setting Positive and outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and compassion Must be confident in proactively recognizing productivity opportunities Strong knowledge of dental terminology to accurately interpret clinical information Proven ability to provide excellent administrative support with attention to detail Proficiency in
SOFTDENT
(or similar software) preferred
Hours:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
