Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long-Term Care Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. As a key member of our leadership team, Administrator (LNHA) will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Your Administrator (LNHA) expertise and leadership will be essential in driving our mission to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident care, satisfaction, and overall quality of life. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including quality metrics, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement. Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and financial stability. Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting open communication and trust. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive excellence. Ensure effective and efficient use of technology, including electronic medical records and other systems. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
Has a strong educational background in Long-Term Care Administration, with experience in the field. Possesses a current License Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license and certification in the state of Missouri. Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and staff. Possesses a passion for delivering exceptional care and services, with a commitment to quality and excellence. Is familiar with regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain accreditation.
