Ensures efficient utilization of available resources and meets productivity and/or financial goals. Works collaboratively with administrative personnel, staff from areas throughout the hospital, and current/future academic relations to enhance current practice and improve processes.
Position Details:
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Nursing or Public Relations.
Required Experience:
Three to five years of work-related experience required in a related field with high levels of exposure to sales, interaction with people, and/or physicians required.
Preferred Experience:
Hospital or academic center experience

Excellent organizational skills. High level of personal skills. High level of energy. Excellent telephone skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to stay focused on long-term projects. Detail-oriented. Ability to think/speak on professional level with physicians and administrators. Ability to improvise and 'think on feet'.
