Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clinical Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for talent management, and experience in healthcare staffing. In this role, you will coordinate staffing schedules, manage candidate sourcing, and ensure optimal staffing levels to support exceptional patient care and operational efficiency. Your proactive approach will help foster positive relationships with staff and ensure compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities Coordinate staffing schedules for clinical teams, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts while maintaining compliance with labor laws and facility policies. Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through various channels including social media marketing, HR sourcing, and external recruiting methods. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to match skill sets with facility needs effectively. Manage onboarding processes such as employee orientation, contract administration, and employee evaluation procedures. Utilize talent management software and HR systems like Workday, UltiPro, or iCIMS to track staffing metrics and maintain accurate records. Develop relationships with internal departments and external agencies to support high-volume recruitment efforts. Ensure adherence to employment & labor law regulations while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Skills Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective relationship management capabilities. Proficiency in talent acquisition strategies including full cycle recruiting, campus recruitment, and executive recruiting. Experience with HR legal compliance, employment law, and HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or Kronos. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Lever or Taleo for efficient candidate sourcing and management. Excellent communication skills for cold calling, research, and engaging prospective candidates via social media platforms. Knowledge of HR legal frameworks including employment law in talent management and employee relations practices. Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in contracts and employee documentation.
