Key Responsibilities High-Volume Patient Support:

Manage a busy queue of 65+ inbound and outbound patient calls daily while maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor.

Appointment Scheduling:

Utilize Epic electronic health record (EHR) software to accurately schedule, modify, and confirm outpatient appointments.

System Navigation:

Multitask seamlessly across multiple digital platforms simultaneously to retrieve patient records, communicate with internal teams, and document interactions.

Issue Resolution:

Answer patient inquiries, provide necessary appointment instructions, and route complex clinical questions to the appropriate medical staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills Epic Experience:

Prior hands-on experience with Epic scheduling software is strictly required.

Customer Service Excellence:

A background in customer service, with a proven ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to confidently navigate and multitask across multiple software systems concurrently, specifically Epic, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and OnBase.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a attention to detail.

Reliability:

Must be able to commit to the Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM on-site schedule in St. Louis.
