Full Job Description Overview:

East Lakeland OBGYN Associates, a practice partner of Together Women's Health (TWH) has an immediate opportunity for a full time Cl inical Supervisor to join our team! The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services. Applicants with Athena EMR experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day staffing for clinical staff Orientation and training for staff Develop clinical policies and procedures Coordinate vacation and personal time off requests Laboratory liaison -QA Equipment repair and service/Contracts Interview/Personnel selection Ensure continuous flow of quality patient care

Qualifications:

Active LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant At least 5 years of clinical experience OBGYN experience highly preferred Clinical managerial experience highly preferred What's in it for you?
