Full Job Description Position Overview :
As a Practice Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our medical office. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily administrative operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing exceptional service to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the medical office to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise office staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, and scheduling to ensure a competent and motivated team.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and provide clarity to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Manage patient records and documentation, ensuring accuracy, privacy, and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with medical and non-medical personnel to facilitate smooth patient flow and timely care.
  • Handle financial tasks, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and external partners to support patient care and office operations.
Minimum Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical office management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in medical software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Experience in a specialty practice area (e.
