Full Time Job Summary Ensures clinical quality and service, assists Clinic Director with budget constraints in accordance with organizational goals. Ensures clinic flow by serving as liaison between provider needs and clinical resources. Provides leadership and manages support staff for medical clinics, supporting provider delivery of primary health care services. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Works with clinic employees to ensure understanding of job duties and available resources; Interviews and hires employees with director guidance; Trains and develops clinic staff; Plans, assigns, and directs work; Addresses complaints and resolves problems; Tracks time and attendance and coordinates staff scheduling; Supervises interns and delegates responsibilities; Leads staff meetings; Supervises staff in conducting clinical care; Provides consistent communication to Clinic Director; Assists with implementation of system preparedness, infection control, and compliance; Oversees medical supply inventory; Represents clinic at functions; Participates in budget development; Collaborates with providers to establish clinic policies; Available for emergencies; Oversees documentation requirements; Ensures compliance with laws and regulations; May assist in exams, CLIA-waived tests, and direct patient care; Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct; Provides innovative input; Maintains required licensure. Qualifications Three or more years of supervisor experience; Previous medical office experience strongly preferred; Understanding of confidentiality ethics; Four-year degree preferred; Computer experience required; Must be able to read, write, and understand communication.
