This is a unique leadership opportunity within a high-performing, 24/7 Emergency and General Practice veterinary hospital. We're seeking an experienced operational leader who is motivated by the opportunity to eventually lead a large, complex veterinary hospital. You'll gain deep knowledge of every aspect of hospital operations, financial performance, and people leadership, with the expectation that you'll be prepared to assume responsibility for leading a hospital in the future. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully lead a complex, multi department operation and is ready for the next step in their leadership career.
Our preferred candidate has:
A minimum of 3 years experience leading a complex, multi-department business or healthcare operation. Demonstrated success managing an organization with annual revenues of $6M+, including responsibility for budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret P&Ls, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven business decisions. A passion for developing people and the leaders who report to them. Veterinary experience is valued, but not essential. We welcome applicants from healthcare, hospitality, retail, and other complex service industries.
