The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys providing excellent service to our patients. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Collect patient payments and discuss financial arrangements Enter and maintain accurate patient information Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-up Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and billing Work closely with the clinical team to keep the office running efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office Qualifications Must be dependable and consistently punctual Must be able to reliably start work at 6:30 AM Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office Professional and friendly demeanor Previous dental or medical front-office experience preferred Experience with dental insurance and dental software is a plus What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes their job seriously, shows up on time, follows through, and can be counted on every day .
