Job Summary:

Monitor and report compliance indicators. How you'll contribute: Provides direct supervision staff. Trains providers and staff on Athena as it pertains to their roles. Maintains appointment templates. Ensures optimal schedule adherence. Address patient and staff issues timely. Maintains provider call schedules. Oversees daily operations of designated clinic(s) in collaboration with Market Director or Market Manager. Ensures competency and on-boarding for all staff. Perform other duties as assigned What we're looking for: Minimum of 1-2 years management/supervisor experience preferably in a medical setting.
