An experienced dental front office team member (1+ year required, but rockstar attitude is everything!) A natural communicator who makes people feel welcome the second they walk in (or call in!) Calm, confident, and organized — even when things get busy Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (digital forms, online scheduling, payment platforms, etc.) Dependable, coachable, and eager to grow Someone who thrives in change and loves the energy of a new office
What You'll Be Doing:
Being in the front — first impressions start with you! Managing phones, scheduling, and online requests with warmth and precision Walking patients through financial conversations, treatment plans, and next steps Helping build and refine front office systems as we grow Collaborating with clinical and doctor teams to create a seamless, elevated patient experience Jumping in wherever needed — because that's what a startup takes!
