Join Our Gaston Region Team as a Patient Care Coordinator Are you a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? Join our thriving multi-location pediatric dental practice in the Carolinas, where we're dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for children and their families. We are actively seeking to hire a full-time PCC for South Gaston Pediatric Dentistry. At our practice, we prioritize exceptional patient care, and a supportive team environment. With multiple locations in Charlotte, Gaston, and Fort Mill. We offer opportunities to work with experienced professionals in a fun and rewarding setting. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the dental facility. Your attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and strong interpersonal skills will contribute to providing exceptional patient care.
What You'll Do:
Greet and check-in patients upon arrival Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries Communicate with patient families via email and text Maintain patient records and update information as needed Assist with insurance verification and billing processes Coordinate referrals to specialists as necessary Provide administrative support to healthcare providers Present and review dental treatment plans Maintain scheduling goals Daily KPI reporting
What We're Looking For:
Previous front desk experience working in a dental office Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and efficiently with staff, leadership, and patient families Bilingual skills? That's a plus!
