CST Team Lead (Greenville, NC) Lead with Purpose. Serve with Heart. Make an Impact Every Day. Are you a licensed clinical leader who thrives in fast-paced, community-based behavioral health? Do you love mentoring teams, driving outcomes, and being the go-to person when it matters most? If so, Pathways to Life, Inc. is ready for YOU. What You'll Do (AKA Your Superpowers) As our Community Support Team (CST) Team Lead, you'll be the heartbeat of your team—balancing clinical leadership, direct care, and operational excellence.
You will:
Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary CST team (QPs & APs) Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and real-time support Conduct assessments, authorizations, and treatment planning Run dynamic treatment team meetings and ensure person-centered care Respond to crises and guide your team through critical situations Review and approve documentation within 48 hours (yes—we stay audit-ready!) Monitor service delivery, units, and census to keep care flowing Ensure compliance with NC Clinical Coverage Policy 8A Partner with community stakeholders (DSS, schools, DJJDP & more) Drive quality, compliance, and CARF-ready documentation practices What You Bring to the Table We're looking for a strong clinical leader who can balance compassion with accountability. Master's Degree in Human Services or related field Full or Provisional Licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.) Minimum 1 year experience in mental health / CST or similar services Leadership mindset with ability to supervise and develop staff Strong documentation, time management, and clinical decision-making skills Ability to thrive in both the field and office environments Provisional?
