Stronger together. About the Role As a Dental Patient Care Coordinator, you are a trusted guide for our patients and team. You help navigate their dental care by coordinating schedules, explaining treatment plans, and supporting them through insurance and financial questions, all while creating a positive, caring experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently and thoughtfully Present and explain treatment plans with clarity and compassion Understanding dental insurance benefits and helping patients understand coverage and estimates Communicate with doctors and the clinical team to coordinate patient care Support patients with questions related to treatment, scheduling, and finances Help maintain strong schedules that support both patient care and practice flow What We're Looking For Experience in a dental office preferred, especially with scheduling, treatment coordination, and dental insurance Strong communication and organizational skills A calm, patient-focused approach, even in a fast-paced environment Dependable, someone who wants to work, detail-oriented, and team-driven Someone who values culture, relationships, and doing the right thing Why You'll Love It Here A supportive, people-centered team environment Leadership that values growth, trust, and balance A role where you make a real difference for patients every day If you love helping people feel informed, supported, and cared for, we'd love to hear from you.
