At Cosmetic Dentistry of the Carolinas , we're more than a dental office- we're a boutique, fee-for-service general and cosmetic practice dedicated to creating an exceptional patient experience.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM We're looking for a warm, hospitable, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys building relationships and making people feel genuinely cared for. Whether you have dental experience or are eager to learn, we're looking for someone with the right attitude and are happy to train the right person. Responsibilities Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care Assist patients with treatment scheduling and financial arrangements Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service Help create a concierge-level experience for every patient Work closely with our clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Benefits Competitive pay Monthly bonus potential of $1,000+ 50% employer-paid health insurance or monthly health insurance contribution 401(k) with employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Practice-paid access to a financial wellness consultant We're looking for someone who: Has a warm, welcoming personality and enjoys making others feel at ease Is naturally hospitable and service oriented Is organized, dependable, and detail oriented Communicates professionally and confidently Takes initiative and enjoys working as part of a team Is coachable and excited to learn Dental experience is a plus, but not required. Pay:
