Senior Director of Surgical Services Are you a dynamic and experienced RN leader ready to make a meaningful impact in surgical care? Join our team as the Evening Shift Manager of Surgical Services , where you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellence in patient care, team performance, and operational efficiency during evening hours.
Job Summary:
Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift. Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high-quality patient care. Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance. Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Current North Carolina or Multistate RN licensure required. Active BLS certification . ACLS Required CNOR Preferred Proven experience in Surgical Services . Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational , communication , and customer service skills. Proficient in computer systems and healthcare technologies.
