Position Summary Cataloochee Ski Area is seeking a dependable, organized, and hands-on Lodgekeeping Supervisor to lead our lodge housekeeping operations year-round. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall guest readiness of our facilities while supervising and supporting the lodgekeeping team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and lead lodge keeping staff in daily cleaning operations. Schedule, train, coach, and evaluate team members. Conduct regular inspections of lodge facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met. Coordinate cleaning of guest areas, restrooms, administrative offices, rental facilities, and common spaces. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials. Ensure adherence to company safety standards and procedures. Respond professionally and promptly to facility-related guest concerns. Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal facility preparations. Maintain records related to staffing, inspections, supply usage, and department activities. Collaborate with other departments to support smooth and efficient resort operations. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, hospitality, custodial, or facility management experience required. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Ability to lead by example and motivate a team. Customer service mindset with a positive attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
