The Manager's main responsibility is: Managing the patient's experience, care, outcomes, and retention. Guide patients through their journey with empathy and compassion Set clear expectations and goals for patients Hold patients accountable to ensure successful outcomes Manage and oversee clinical, administrative, and exercise teams Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), focusing on clinic growth
